There is a diverse mix of people here with a great deal of experience — from management consulting as well as the financial services industry – so there are different perspectives that I can leverage.

For example, I did not want to travel extensively after my son was born. I knew I could count on CG to work with me and to support my travel preferences. Work-life Balance

CG is truly supportive of families. I work full time, but I actually have a great work-life balance. I used to travel Monday through Thursday, but now I’m close to home. I can get the job done during normal business hours – and get it done well – and still have the flexibility I need for my personal life.
