Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group is a management consulting and project-based services company supporting the strategic needs of our clients from concept to delivery. CG is uniquely organized to service all areas of clients’ needs throughout the project life cycle.

We specialize in strategic planning and assessment, including prioritization and project organization, through the execution and staffing to successful delivery. We help our clients through each step of the process.

Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group was founded to fill the void between business management consultancies and technology services firms. A group of leaders, experienced in management consulting and technology, came together to create a company that could plan large-scale strategic business initiatives and provide project-based services that allow for the execution of the project plan.

HISTORY
Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group was founded in May of 2002 as CG Technology.  The CG leadership team had over 50 years of combined consulting services experience prior to founding the company. 

CG spent the past several years focused on providing the Fortune 1000 with management consulting and project-based services.  During that time, the company developed a tremendous amount of intellectual capital within the financial industry. The name was changed from CG Technology to Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group in October of 2007 to better reflect the company’s breadth of services.

Since its inception, CG has expanded its presence throughout the United States in order to better support its clients.  Today, the company has a total of five branch offices including; Charlotte – the Corporate headquarters, Richmond, Jacksonville, Nashville and Dallas.
